How to make clean money.
By my name am Ndolo Julius a graduate from Maseno University the year 2016 December and back in school I did bachelor of science. When I immediately graduated in fact none of my family members attended my graduation but they were all present for home party celebration.
Now I sat there and all i can here is massive congratulations but my mind was already in shock. It was after these events and then after 24 hours I become un employed citizen.
I started now serious thoughts. Now my teachers and lecturers keep saying good grades guarantee good future but now again the same doesn't work for them. They are still struggling financially and they have good grades. This is the time I opened my eyes. I realized academic education and financial education are two different animals.
The same people who are teaching me how to become rich they are not rich themselves. That was the time i made a very bold decision that I will drop the certificate and hustle like a drop out. Yes I know a lot of mathematics and physics laws but now going back to teach the same laws to another generation and promise them to be rich after graduating was only going to make me a living and start singing "haki yangu" forever.
I needed to do what everyone else was not willing to do. I work on that particular idea, master all the skills and pass the skills to the right minded people. The idea came right on time after spending the whole of 2017 doing plumbing works. I know it sounds weird to have a degree and do such types of work. Trust me you can sleep hungry with 10 degrees in the house but you can't sleep hungry with the skills of plumbing.
It's one year now of learning new skills of networking in line with technology and i can say so far so good. I didn't know the best education is through experience and interacting with people who have already made it in the same industry. Have set a target of working for myself for only 5 years. A goal set is half way attained.
My joy comes when I see the form four leavers, graduates, undergraduates and post graduates i coach making the same progress. The secret to success is not becoming number one in class but rather helping others succeed through skills development.
Becoming rich is hard and being broke is hard but one thing I believe is that excuses cannot pay bills. The rule of life is simple. Die trying or die crying.
