The battery-powered Megger BM12 Analogue Insulation Tester has four DC insulation testing voltages of 100V, 250V, 500V and 1000V (1kV), with a single insulation resistance range of up to 2000MΩ. Continuity is measured, with either polarity, on a single 0-4Ω range.
