I'm looking for 10 to 20 acres of farmland for farming of cash crops and vegetables.
Ideal place should have electricity, water and access.
A shed for temporary stay is appreciated though not compulsory.
Lease is sought for long term of minimum 5years. 10 or 20 years can be considered.
Lease amount will be 3000 to 10000 ksh per acre annually.
